Regardless of your choices the Modern Classic’s beauty will last a lifetime and is virtually maintenance free.

    CONSTRUCTION

    Modern Classic is constructed of commercial grade extruded aluminum alloy stiles and rails. Mechanical fasteners that connect the stile and rails are extremely strong and visually undetectable. The Modern Classic is (standard) with a clear anodized finish. Optional finishes include dark bronze anodized, black anodized, white polyester finish and other painted or powder coat finishes. The white polyester finish doors can also be easily field painted to your exact color requirement. The Modern Classic can be built with either aluminum panels or glass depending on your application. Available panels are .050 thick smooth aluminum or 1/4″ laminated panels that have a polyvinyl honeycomb core or 1/2″ thick polystyrene insulated panels. Many glass thicknesses are available from 1/8″ to 1/2″ thick and glass types such as annealed, tempered, tinted, obscure, laminated, insulated, and many others.

A 24 gauge steel face and a 2 inch thick R10.4 expanded polystyrene (EPS) core makes the Modern Tech extremely strong and energy efficient. It is built using Northwest Door’s time-proven sandwich-type construction method and comes in four simulated anodized finishes: Black Satin, Dark Bronze and Brushed Nickel and Bright White.

All models are available in (Contemporary) smooth wood grain face, (Traditional) standard raised panels, (Ranch) longer raised panels or (Carriage) style panels. All doors are hot-dipped, galvanized then prepainted, with four standard colors: Bright White, Almond, Sandstone, and Brown. Dark and Medium Woodgrain are available on Carriage and Ranch Panel.     Raised Panel Steel Doors offer beauty that’s maintenance free and at an economical price. The 500 Series is wood grain textured steel door that has three panel types to choose from; raised standard panel (Traditional Panel) or a longer raised panel the (Ranch Panel) and the carriage style (Carriage Panel). All panel styles are available in four standard colors and with a choice of up to twelve Designer Window options.

    CONSTRUCTION: The Raised Panel Doors are made from hot-dipped 25 Ga. galvanized steel secured to heavy duty 20 Ga. pre painted stiles with both toggle locks and waterproof adhesive. Optional textured ABS vinyl-backed 3/4″ polystyrene insulation is bonded to each section to provide quiet, energy-efficient operation.
